Hai all active and inactive members,

Today it has exactly been two years since me and lok created Terminative 3. From a team at first it evolved into a community-like place to keep the loyal JK3 players bound to the game and show people new directions, other places and possibilities within JK3. I'm proud of what we are today. A place where you don't nesecerally have to bind yourself to the people and their ways and rules, but a place where you can learn if you want, hang around, develop yourself, find information and just always fall back onto ::smile::

I realize that the services we offer are closed at the moment. Terminative 3 has great potential, but - as you often see within JK3 - there is a lack of dedicated people to run all aspects. This isn't that much of a problem as long as we can make up special projects (elite, 2yearsserverconfig), keep Master-Pdwn relations going on, keep track of each other and communicate now and then on either x-fire, ventrilo, IRC or the servers. This is what we are now, and when I look back at what we've all done in these two years, I think we can be proud. Terminative 3 is a longterm project, and we're not yet done at all. But in the end we'll be the ones left in JK3, when everyone else is gone. We'll be THE place for experienced, loyal, openminded and adult acting players, to fall back on. And I always say, better small quality community than a large and all crappy clan/team.

For the upcoming year (2010) we (the management and recruitment help) will have to focus on recruiting more loyal and experienced active players. Besides that, the community itself (members) will have to realize that - also without main characters as LoK and me, Malak and Destroyer, for example - it is very important to keep gaming with each other and in other communities. We will have to work to a community which lives on it's own and doesn't strongly depend on one or two persons. Those will be the two main tasks for the upcoming year. Eventually we'll get enough organizing power again to run all of t³'s aspects, and if not. It doesn't matter. The way it goes now, is also just fine ::smile::

As a final word I would like the members to remind them that quite some of the people we have here at t³ can help you out and introduce you to new and different things in jk3. People often don't see what's hidden behind t³. There's quite some experience flowing around here. If you want to make use of that, then activily show that you want that, and ask people. Only asking won't work. You'll have to show yourself.
