Management Activity Downgrade 09/10

Hi all,

At the moment my official JK3 schedule would be: Monday: TFFA G³ Training / Party (+ G³ TDM Lead), Tuesday: T³ Regular Training, Wednesday: T³ Recruitment Session, Thursday: CTF G³ Training / Party, Friday: Regular T³ Training, Saturday: Random JK3 and other games / people help, Sunday: Padawan Sessions & SC League Organisation. Furthermore I admin the website, t³/g³ server and activity. I got forums to moderate and I got several people asking for help in JK3 other games and IRC / in real etc. Further we also got the t³ admin codes, profile updates, applications and other challenges / incidental trainings and master classes to be looked out for. ....

In short, I am busy

And since, well not totally, but I'm the main management runner here, activity basically becomes less, when mine becomes less

Now the sad thing is, that my acitivy IS going to become less in 2009/10. Since I am going to study again and my IRL duties will start bugging me. And with this I can't afford to be playing games every day long all night long. However, I was already expecting this. So as you noticed I did put some taks available to apply for (by helping the t³ management) and I also asigned some tasks to people who might be able to run it on their own. This didn't work out perfectly, I would hav eloved to train people to become good trainers / teachers and to become good management members / moderators. However, that seemed to be harder then I expected Sad

Anyhow, what I would expect from you all now (for the T³ community aswell as the G³ team) is that the following should happen:

Monday: TFFA (People show up themselves and G³ members do and play TFFA on G³ server or elswhere (contact: IRC / forum / xfire etc).
Tuesday: I will be there at regular trainings, when people ask me to be there (regular training forums).
Wednesday: Recruitment Session, I will be there when people ask me to be there in their applications (further I assume other management and people will have a look too and help people, so that we can judge faster).
Thursday: CTF (CTF Lead (Hector atm) will be there and some G³ CTF team members to play CTF and train with other t³ and g³ members / applicants on the G³ or another pug server, IRC / xfire / forums can always be used to communicate).
Friday: I will be there at regular trainings, when people ask me to be there (regular training forums).
Saturday: I will be around on xfire for help, if not. Then not, ask other t³ members / leaders (see ''groups'') or management / help.
Sunday: I will try to be there for my padawans, if not, then not sorry. Other people can simply also help each other on the home server of course.

Malak is hosting the servers for us, we need to make use of everything, including the ventrilo / teamspeak / IRC / home / public and g³ servers.

I myself will still be managing the profile updates on this website now and then and also show up on the server sometimes. But I expect G³ leaders to handle on their own, TFFA and CTF. You can find the info about applications and moderating procedures on the forums and you can also just look at how I handled things this past year. If you got the permissions you are free to accept and or assign new leaders and members. Keep our vallues in mind though. Same counts for the management. You've seen how I handled everything this past year. If you like other people to become management, discuss about applications etc etc. Accept not accept, help other people like I did. Go ahead, if you got the time. Because I know for sure that I won't be checking the web as much as I used to.

Basically I will still be there to do a regular training when asked for, do a padawan session when I got time, and help a bit with the current CTF league which is in development and under the lead of Hector (and Sil) (I only created a start). I will be playing JK3 now and then, but my overall activity will decrease, and with me being the main founder of the community and supporter of the G³ team and SC League the overall acitivty will that way be downgraded, unless you as members and current leaders keep moving on and care to manage some stuff on your own and don't wait for me.

I'm overall helpful, so if you plan to be able to be there for T³ or G³ in a structural way, just PM me and we'll see what we can do. That's all I had to say atm, I do this in an open letter, since I'd otherwise be posting a lot of small messages

T³ will still be there (in active and inactive times), but I hope you realize that without it's members and current leads not being active, it also won't be active.

Enjoy gaming, I will still be leading stuff, I won't go away, it will only be less active from my side. Which means, more resposibility on your sides. It's been a SUPER, truly super year. We've managed so much, from like 3 persons active till full servers and trainings / new applications / drama / t3home2, skins, hilts, crazy server actions ... Continue like we did, but don't wait for me please ::smile::
