I hope you didn't think t³ was dead yet, because we aren't. Though we're a bit inactive on the management side, server and services atm. As you all could read in my earlier essays. As you could expect, we got our goals set again for 2010. However, before we start working on goals and projects there's one big needy .. people. The management can't recruit much atm, even with direct apps we can't find much time to play around enough with people to be able to judge them. Therefore we need help. And weve always had a group for that. SO LET'S MAKE IT ACTIVE!

That's all I had to say for now. We will remain stuck in special training projects and direct applications (inactiveness) when we don't have enough people. So that's a big thing to fix, before we start re-activating any services. We need to create a new base, new players with all different experiences and qualities in order to fit them into the currect organisation scheme.

If you know people, friends, ask them and give it a try.

PS: We don't mind people not doing saber fighting. All aspects of JK3 are welcome in t³. Therefore you dont'have to be a saber expert to be a recruitment help. Siege, CTF, rpg, as long as people fit the requirements as mentioned in the portal info.

Addition ('what do I need to do as a recruitment help?'):

What you will do is:

1 - Get accepted into the recruit help.
2 - Get the info needed from Hugo (about recruiting).

Then get to work:

1 - Find / meet people who match the requirements.
2 - Get their info and collect some more people.
3 - Get them to post in the direct app topic and read the direct app instruction.
4 - Follow some via x-fire (suggestion; create a recruitment help x-fire group).
5 - Decide wether people suite the requirements and are ready / active enough.
6 - Arange a meeting with them and the management (Hugo, LoK, Malak, Kronos) via x-fire or the web.
7 - We'll then play and test people, give them more time and take things over from you or reject people.
8 - The management will add people to x-fire and follow them / accept them based on the meeting and direct app. info.

Reqruitment help means you are someone who attracts and selects people. You're a filter, before people can bug the management with their apps (as the management is not so active and busy also). You are a bridge for people who want to apply. A bridge between the management and them.

- Recruitment Help is not allowed to accept or reject people.
- Recruitment Help is responsable for preparing the applicants for the contact between management and applicants.
- Recruitment Help makes sure that the applicants know their literature (web, portal info) and are ready (active, fit requirements).
